English classes:

PCC offers ESOL classes ranging from Level 1-8. There are tuition and book fees; however, students using SNAP and/or the Oregon Health Plan can request a fee waiver for one ESOL class per term.

GED classes:

PCC also has a non-credit program that offers classes to prepare students for the GED exams, particularly in reading, writing and math. Students with SNAP or OHP can request a fee waiver to cover a portion of their classes.

Opportunity Center:

PCC also has a vibrant hubs for workforce development that connects people, employers, and community partners called the Opportunity Center. The goal of the services and classes within the Opportunity Centers is to help adults get started in a new career with one-on-one coaching, holistic support systems, short-term training, and more. They also have workshops and classes available specifically for immigrants, refugees, and non-native English speakers.

PCC Legal Resource Center:

The PCC Legal Resource Center is a free legal clinic at PCC Cascade in North Portland, providing free legal services to Oregonians.
